Seam in HDRI Background

Hello all,

I tried to make my own HDR image for my background using photoshop. But theres a noticable seam where the frame is wrapping/connecting with itself. Any way to fix this or any resources on making background images? I’m just looking to make a custom gradient and the one inside keyshot isn’t ideal. Looking for several spots of light of a specific color for this brand.

  1. Most native way to get what you need is build required HDRI in the KeyShot HDRI editor. If all you need is just some gradients and spots it’s also most painless and fastest way to do.
  2. If above solution isn’t works for you for some reason, there is old PS trick to make seamless images: use Filter>Other>Offset with ‘Wrap around’ option to shift your image horizontally. With any editing tools eliminate visible seam.
